Brave Space for Healing

Come home to yourself.

Virtual therapy for adults age 21+ across Washington State.

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

Brave Space for Healing is a place to slow down, feel seen, and begin making sense of the patterns, pain, and protective strategies that have helped you survive

but may no longer be helping you live.

Areas of Focus

  • Trauma—especially sexual and religious trauma—and the lasting effects of painful or overwhelming experiences

  • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and high sensitivity

  • Shame, self-criticism, and feeling like you’re “too much” or not enough

  • Relationship patterns, old relationship wounds, and communication struggles

  • Women’s experiences, identity exploration, and deeper self-understanding

  • Intimacy, desire, sexuality, and connection

My Approach

  • Warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection

  • Curious about patterns, emotions, and what lies beneath the surface

  • Attuned to how past experiences and relationships shape the present

  • Welcoming of depth, honesty, self-reflection, and meaningful conversation

  • Interested in what you notice emotionally and in your body

  • Supporting greater freedom, authenticity, connection, and joy

Meet Rhoni

I’m passionate about offering warmth, compassion, and authentic care to my clients. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel genuinely known, cared for, and accepted as we explore what has shaped you and what you want for yourself now.

I especially enjoy working with people who are curious about themselves and ready for honest, thoughtful conversations about what they feel, want, fear, need, and keep finding themselves doing. I bring authenticity, humor, curiosity, and genuine care into that work.

Please complete the inquiry form on my Contact page if you’d like to be considered for an intake. Submitting the form does not guarantee an intake appointment or ongoing therapy.

Current Availability

I’m currently accepting new clients for virtual therapy in Washington State.

Current openings for ongoing therapy:

Wednesdays: 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM
Thursdays: 1:30 PM, 5:00 PM
Fridays: 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM

Biweekly openings:
Thursdays: 12:00 PM, 6:00 PM

Intake appointments are scheduled separately and may be available at different times.

A note about Wednesdays: Wednesday appointments are temporary. As my practice schedule changes, clients meeting on Wednesdays will eventually need to transition to a Monday or Tuesday appointment sometime in 2027. I’ll work with you to find a new time when that transition approaches.

If none of these times work for you, you’re still welcome to reach out. My availability can shift, and I may be able to find another option.

Services & Fees

Intake Appointment

Initial virtual intake, up to 90 minutes

I start all potential new clients with a full intake appointment, which may last up to 90 minutes. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, relevant history, current concerns, and what kind of support may be most helpful.

This appointment also gives us space to determine whether ongoing therapy together feels like a good fit for both of us. Scheduling an intake does not automatically mean that we will continue with regular sessions afterward.

The intake appointment rate is $175.

Individual Therapy

Ongoing 55-minute virtual sessions

If we decide to continue after your intake, we'll typically meet weekly at first. Sessions are collaborative and shaped by what you bring in, while I help us notice connections, emotions, recurring patterns, and places that may be worth slowing down to understand more deeply.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to talk about, but therapy tends to work best when you’re willing to be curious, bring in what’s been on your mind, and explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and physical sensations as they come up.

Private-pay, insurance, and limited reduced-fee options are available.

Payment/Insurance

Private Pay, Insurance, and Reduced-Fee Options

I offer both private-pay and insurance-based therapy. My standard rate for ongoing therapy is $150 per 55-minute session, with payment due at the time of service for private-pay sessions.

Insurance coverage depends on your specific plan, network, benefits, and current availability. Coverage will be verified before services begin. A limited number of reduced-fee openings may also be available.

For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill upon request for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.

We will clarify fees and insurance coverage before your first session.
